Fine Dining : The Cliff

Since we had a night stay at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa, we decided to have a fine dining nearby the resort. At first we wanted to book Il Lido, but too bad the place was closed for private event. Then we try Suburbia and yeah.. again, the place was closed for private event as well.. :(

We try to book "The Cliff" and finally we got a fine dining! The place was very super dark, no-aircon and we reached earlier than the time we book. The table was not ready so that we need to wait for quite long time. Hmm.. Boring!! HAHA.. But the food was GREAT!! Especially the OYSTER!! Love it!

So here we goes.. start with this!

The appetizer : It's salmon n tomatoes

OYSTERS from 4 different seas

The oyster is very FRESH and doesn't have the fishy smell. The taste was LOVELY!!

then that night journey begun!! 4 meal with a cup of tea at the end..

SMOKED SCALLOP
Pickled green cucumber, watermelon and
passion fruit sorbet, char oil

taste of the scallop was wonderful!!


PAN FRIED FOIE GRAS
Caramelised sous-vide orange, micro cress, brioche ‘dust’

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!

LAMB
Loin and shank, fava beans, artichoke and Sardinian
fagiolo salad, yogurt textures

Half done lamb. WOW.. Delicious!!


PASTA

Forgot the name but we order this out of the set menu. Was recommended by the waitress. The cream was so rich and tasty!!

Dessert :

CHOCLATE FONDANT
Champagne – kumquat compote, Jack Daniel’s ice cream

White Jasmine Tea
